Job Title: IT Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Business Development – Generate leads for assigned business verticals, create new business opportunities through mapped accounts, and develop a new customer base via result-oriented sales calls.
End-to-End Sales Ownership – Own complete sales coordination for the assigned vertical, including order processing, dispatch coordination, and payment collection.
Cross-Functional Coordination – Work closely with all internal departments as the owner of the assigned vertical to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Sales Support & Closure – Support assigned verticals until contract closure, ensuring timely MIS updates and documentation.
Solution Selling – Understand server, storage, and networking solutions and effectively present solution-based offerings to customers.
Client Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients through effective communication and presentations.
Reporting & MIS – Maintain accurate MIS reports related to sales activities, pipeline, and closures.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (minimum graduate).
3–5 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or a similar role.
Average to excellent English communication skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Required Skills:

Proven experience in IT sales and services, particularly in corporate and institutional sales.
Strong understanding of B2B and institutional sales processes.
Excellent client relationship management and account handling skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
Familiarity with technology solutions and service offerings.
