Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide advanced L3 support for desktop, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  2. Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, IP addressing and connectivity issues.
  3. Strong hands-on knowledge of LAN passive networking, including UTP/Fiber, patch panels, patch cords, racks, face plates, and structured cabling.
  4. Troubleshoot network switches, ports, connectivity, and endpoint issues.
  5. Perform RCA and provide permanent solutions for recurring incidents.
  6. Handle critical incidents within SLA and coordinate with network/server/vendor teams.
  7. Support and guide L1/L2 engineers on complex issues.
  8. Maintain technical documentation and incident records.
